can somone please list the exercises that you apply in your daily bases. I just wanted to know if i?m slacking off a bit, so i wanted to ask somone to write about what type of exercise they do in daily base!!! thanks

i like to change mine every month

here is novembers routine

monday wake up 50 pushups 50 situps run the park
tuesday wake up 50 pushups 50 situps run the park
wednesday the same goes on
thursday
friday
saturday
sunday

if you go to a local gym

then its diffrent
m bench press decline bench db bench bicep curls, run , steam room abs
t rest
w pull ups, dips , back work ,
t squats and alot of leg work
f rest
srest
s full body workout ( i do everything i did in the week with less reps but more weight)
