1. They think there club is above it. ?We are not that type of club??

2. Thinks that everyone in the town or community knows them and their product and will show up check in hand when they are ready to buy!?

3. Think their course is so good it ?Sell?s its? self??

4. They think their existing people are competent because they are ?Nice? and everyone likes them.?

5. They don?t want to be seen as ?High pressure??

6. Long term staff don?t want to sell because ?That?s not what I?m good at??

7. Existing staff see themselves as in the ?people business? not the business of selling anything.

8. ?If we bought some sales books or audios my staff wouldn?t read or listen to them? Fine, FIRE THEM!

9. Management is reluctance to fire ?nice? under performing ?sales illiterate? staff even though it is KILLING their business!

10. ?Don?t have the time for sales training, we are short of staff!? If you don?t have time to sell, then you don?t have long in business! ?
